Building a bridge between different areas, to improve the result ...

Besides that I am making good progress with the book about digital transformation, and I could already use some of the content during my job interviews this week.This is really a topic that comes up in all job interviews and phone calls I had this week. Independent from the industry and size of the company. Everybody feels the urgent need to do something around digital transformation quickly, but the real objective is tough to formulate and a proper plan is difficult to develop and establish.

Until today I had three face-to-face (F2F) job interviews this week and it is really going great, as far as I can judge it from my side. The reaction/decision from the other side will be coming hopefully in the next 2 - 4 weeks. Having opportunities to practice is definitely helping to get familiar with the situation again. And if you are more relaxed the interview is running smoothly, a benefit for all involved parties. Another side effect is the reaction and feeling you will be getting about your profile and expertise. For me personally this is really motivating and brings me into a good mood.
