Get up and change ...
Today I did read some McKinsey&Company articles around Digital Transformation and there are a lot more out there. In summary, everybody has to change as quickly as possible, to not fall behind.

All four articles basically burn down to the same key question --> How to train and retain existing and how to attract and acquire new talent for the digital age? And the good thing for us job seekers 😉, the expertise, experience and skills required have nothing to do with the age we are in, it is more a matter of mindset and the willingness to be flexible and change, when needed.
