Coming back to the topics still to be covered.

The weather is getting colder and colder outside and the first snow is there already, even in the lower areas of Germany. A good time to think about topics that warm up, like positive and immediate feedback for example. As mentioned earlier IT departments normally struggle with a lack of positive feedback from their customers --> if there is no complaint, this is enough positive feedback.

Not easy to handle sometimes, but you get used to it. That does not mean this should be the way to go. As we learned earlier, the key for success in the digital transformation is people, either as enabler or as blocking factor. So every technical change needs to go hand in hand with a cultural change.
