Some interesting and helpful books, as promised.

As I have just seen the 10 digital transformation book recommendations for IT and business leaders (https://enterprisersproject.com/article/2016/11/2016-digital-transformation-book-contest?sc_cid=701600000011xqwAAA), a quick comment about some helpful books I did read during my past career (no advertisement, just sharing my personal experience).

Culture Clash and Virtual Leadership are very helpful, when you are responsible for virtual teams from different countries and cultural background.

Critical Chain is an interesting approach to project management, hidden in an exciting novel.

Who Moved My Cheese and Our Iceberg Is Melting are using a playful way to make you familiar with Change Management.

And finally FISH!, my favorite approach to customer orientation and building successful teams.
