Week twenty four summary, a little bit later this time.

Due to the Christmas celebration my weekly summary on a Tuesday this time. Last week I did apply for four new positions, one application did lead to an invitation for a job interview in the first week of January 2017. I was not shortlisted for two other positions from previous weeks and added to the candidate pool for one new headhunter. With another headhunter I will have a phone interview tomorrow to check, if I could potentially work for them as self employed headhunter. Lookig forward to the discussion, as it was the headhunter's proposal.

Highlevel numbers from my tracking sheet: I did send out 95 applications so far, 64% were not successful, 20% made it to a headhunter candidate pool and the final 16% are work in progress. Besides that there are some other activities going on, but not tracked yet, as the positions are not specific enough so far.

I am very happy about the increasing number of regular readers of my BLOG 😀. Just today I passed the total access number of 3575 since I started in July 2016. The average number of readers per week was 118 twelve weeks ago (week 36 - 40). Five weeks later it was already 146 (week 41 - 45) a 24% increase. Another five weeks later the average is at 192 (week 46 - 50), a further increase of 32%. Very supportive, motivating and a great push to keep going.

When I read the paragraph above I think this perfectly fits to my result of the ISAT (Interaction Style Assessment Test) test (https://www.workitdaily.com/isat/) that I just took 15 minutes ago --> Organized and prepared, CONTEMPLATORS have an attention for detail and thorough nature that makes them invaluable to every team. No more links this time, just enjoy the holiday period and take a break.
