Taking a break from carnival ...
As the weather is bad outside and the kids are still at home for the carnival break, they asked us to join their GLEE (http://www.fox.com/glee) watching sessions. They did rent some DVD's from the local library and are spending their time watching one series after the other. As it is fun and a lot of great music. Just in case you are not familiar with GLEE:
"GLEE is a musical comedy about a group of ambitious and talented young adults in search of strength, acceptance and, ultimately, their voice. Over six years the series has followed a dynamic group of high school students from the halls of McKinley to the mean streets of New York City, as they embarked on life after high school."
A kind of team building event during school hours, singing for pleasure and together in a choir and even participating in championships. By singing songs around different subjects and themes, the kids learn a lot about themselves, the world around them and team dynamics.
This kind of GLEE experience or motivation could be helpful for the job seeking process as well, as you learn a lot about yourself, the world around you and recruiting dynamics of different companies 😙. As singing might not be the solution for everybody, what about using QUOTES from other people? Could be from famous guys or just people like you and me? For me personally quotes very often summarize a situation, feeling or experience into one single sentence that covers it all. Why not making use of it for your personal motivation and/or memory purposes? It is up to us.

You possibly realized in the meantime that I like QUOTES very much and there are an endless number of websites out there with quotes for all conceivable and useful situations. You just have to search and find the right one. In the best case you come up with your own one, but this is not as easy as it sounds, definitely for me.
