If we are all doing our best and sometimes even a little bit more, to help and support our wife, girlfriend, mother, daughter, sister and colleague not once per year on the official women's day, BUT every day, we are making a big step forward towards gender equality and women’s empowerment.

We are making progress, BUT there is still a long way to go and a lot of room for improvement.
