Running several personality tests.
In the last two days I did do several personality tests as part of my Digital Transformation Consultant (DTC) education and to prepare my potential next Assessment Center (AC) on 29-Apr-17.
For the DTC I did a Communication (Four Ear Dimensions -http://vinodtbidwaik.blogspot.de/2011/12/four-ear-dimensions-of-communication.html) and an Arguing Style Test (e.g. http://www.queendom.com/tests/access_page/index.htm?idRegTest=673), what was pretty straight forward. As prerequisite and preparation for the AC, a BIP - Business-focused Inventory of Personality test (http://www.unifr.ch/ztd/HTS/inftest/WEB-Informationssystem/en/4en001/40e3d854425447858a94b079e2d27db5/hb.htm) was required. 210 questions in roughly 45 minutes, normally not an issue if you have some quiet time, but I had a technical problem and the test environment crashed after 137 questions . Luckily the administrator could fix the environment short-term and I did proceed with question 138 after 15 minutes.
Final decision about my invitation for the AC will be taken next week Tuesday. Just in case I will not be invited, my BIP results will be shared with me in a detailed evaluation document. Definitely worth the effort.
Looking forward to the World Book Day on 23-Apr-17 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Book_Day) here Richard Branson's 70 must-read books - https://www.virgin.com/richard-branson/70-must-read-books. Possibly you find something of interest for you?
