Now I will enjoy my sunny summer weekend ...

A really successful day today with my final DTC education exam. I do not have the results of the written exam yet, but I am sure I have passed the necessary number of points. In the colloquium afterwards I got 8 out of 10 possible points. I am happy about this one, time and effort well spend.

Today I have a new record holder in duration of days for the application process --> 210 days from the initial contact with a headhunter in early November 2016 until the final rejection today. After this long period of time the company has decided to staff the open position internally. Unbelievable and a really poor headhunter 😉.

To finish, a really great article about A Navy SEAL explains 8 secrets to grit and resilience (https://www.theladders.com/p/22109/navy-seal-grit-resilience), worth reading !!

During school time the teachers always measured two different capabilities. If you were just able to comprehend a learned topic, this was a pretty basic capability for the lower marks. If you were able to transfer a learned topic to a different area, this was the advanced capability for the higher marks.

Same here with the Navy SEAL story, if you are able to transfer the content to your own behavior this will be the best possible learning for yourself, give it a try.
