Seniority counts, do not underestimate the best-agers ...
As I am not missing my old job and really enjoyed my 52 weeks sabbatical - with all the opportunities I had to learn, to try out, to improve, to experience, to change --> to rethinkandfocus - the final decision is easy and obvious out of my list from 18-Jul-17!! The best-ager has to do, what he can do best. So I will open my own business and work out the different services that I plan to offer over time. First service to start with will be "right placement" of potential candidates/talents to open positions - kind of headhunter, if you like to call it like that 😉. Until further notice the name of the company will be RethinkandFocus Advice and Coaching.
Yesterday I told the government labor office about my plan and my contact was very positive about this idea. Today I got the final approval and blessing of the expert in the Startercenter for my business plan, the prerequisite to get the founder grant of the government. All lights on GREEN now, ready to leave the shore and to discover the open sea.

“The critical ingredient is getting off your butt and doing something. It’s as simple as that. A lot of people have ideas, but there are few who decide to do something about them now. Not tomorrow. Not next week. But today. The true entrepreneur is a doer, not a dreamer.” –Nolan Bushnell, Entrepreneur (http://nolanbushnell.com/).
