The week twenty four (*) summary.
A good week passed by. One of my candidates had a successful 1st interview and will have the 2nd one in a week from now. Another one will have his 2nd interview in the same week. Two other candidates are still under review and I hope to get some feedback in the coming week.
Besides that one high potential candidate has still to decide, if he is willing to change his job and to follow my proposal. And for two other guys I am trying to find a position out of my portfolio, but both are not 50 anymore. Will be interesting to see how the acceptance of my customers will be. This is a general issue in the industry, as you can see here: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6360079030363971584 and https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6374578819310899200. As I know this situation from my personal experience very good, I will do my best to help.
Next week I will have two VDI (http://www.vdi.eu/) meetings, on Tuesday the next team meeting of the Nacht der Technik preparation (https://rhein-wupper.nacht-der-technik.de/) and tomorrow a working group about STEM (MINT) expertise in schools. Fits perfectly to my assignment and focus area for the Nacht der Technik.
