Happiness and suffering close by each other ...

On the International Day of Happiness yesterday I got two bad messages from my candidates. The one guy with the contract offer rejected the proposal, another guy who was supposed to propose a date for a 2nd interview will stay with his current company as well. Both cases far beyond my influence. I can somehow understand their final argumentation to stay and not to change, but I have to start all over again with my search. HR was not happy about the messages either, but they still get paid. Headhunters only get money when the candidate signs the new contract
Anyway get up and continue and stay motivated to be successful. A good time to read my own post from 31-Jan-17 about motivation --> http://www.rethinkandfocus.com/429718297/4444785/posting/how-to-stay-motivated-on-a-long-journey
The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of those depths.
