The week four (D1) highlights ...

Back at home after the medieval weekend. What a busy week? Two days in Munich with a lot of customer interviews for my project, then the Meetup evening on Wednesday and a workshop with my project team on Thursday. As I like the KISS principle very much (see one of several explanations at https://www.interaction-design.org/literature/article/kiss-keep-it-simple-stupid-a-design-principle), I made it even simpler for my project team workshop. With the learnings from my sketch-note session during the Startup Week in Duesseldorf back in April this year (https://www.startupwoche-dus.de/sessions/visualisation-as-a-boost-for-ideas/), I used the time in the public transport from home to work, to sketch the current project situation in a simple picture. Really great, how easily simple pictures can bring fairly complex situations across.

Next week will be busy again, with three more days in Munich from Wednesday to Friday. Saturday is the 5th anniversary of the school of my youngest daughter and parents are requested to support the celebrations. Part II of the Case Study summary is on my to do list as well.

Enjoy your week and have some fun hours.
