Good when somebody trusts in you ...

"Everything you've ever wanted is on the other side of fear" - George Addair, a well-known speaker, philosopher and author, who founded Omega in 1978 ---http://omegahuman.org/georgeaddair/

I have seen this today in the wheel gymnastics https://www.rhoenrad.com/en/index.html club championships of my middle daughter. With her 18 years she is still doing active wheel gymnastics, works as junior coach for younger talents and as judge during official competitions. Besides her own gymnastics, she had to take care of 3 young talents today. One of them was really scared and full of doubts all the weeks before the championship, as she is still young to this sport. My daughter trusted in her capabilities and gave her all the support and motivation that was necessary to be best prepared for today. In the end the young girl did win in her age group and was so proud about her performance Thumbs up. I was proud of my daughter and her leadership skills as junior coach. By the way - she finished her gymnastics on the 3rd place in her age group, well done Wow.

Some good ideas and technology:

"Patience and I think resilience. I think that mental toughness that we talk about all the time — I thought our players demonstrated that and found a way to close out the game and be our best when our best was required.” - Head Coach SEAN McVAY, Los Angeles Rams

"Too often in life, something happens and we blame other people for us not being happy or satisfied or fulfilled. So the point is, we all have choices, and we make the choice to accept people or situations or to not accept situations." Tom Brady, New England Patriots Quarterback
