During the International Women's Day last week Friday we had a workshop about Unconscious Bias in my company. Everybody who was not able to join in person could take an online training the same day. As this topic fits to my posts from the last 10 days, I wanted to cover it in a little bit more detail.
Just a little bit, as it is not the core area of my competence, I am just impacted by it as most of you guys are 🤭. The picture on the left is giving a high level overview and good starting point for this topic.
