"If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it." – Peter Drucker
In order to properly focus your measurements and to avoid wasting time and resources, you should be selecting your metrices and KPIs in a smart way. Less is more and will help you to clearly understand the real drivers of your business. Keep the number equal or below to 5. Sounds a small number, but to be honest you will not be able to properly track more anyway .
I will be out tonight for a Thank You Barbeque, the helping hands of the VDI Nacht der Technik have been invited for a nice evening.
Less than 300 readers to go for the next milestone, keep an eye on the counter .
