Learn, how to say NO again ...

If you are parents, you possibly remember the favorite word of your small kids? If you have no kids, remember the times when you have been really young.

It is all about the word --> NO.

Small kids love it, say it, mean it and surprise-surprise, act accordingly. Adults lose this ability as soon as they go to school and enter the general socialization. The capability to say NO is gone over time and needs to be relearned. The earlier you start, the better for your time management.

I used NO today and it saved me 4 weeks of work that I am not capable of or even interested in 🙂, well done 👍. More supporting material attached, to get you going:

“Half of the troubles of this life can be traced to saying yes too quickly and not saying no soon enough.” Josh Billings, https://www.britannica.com/biography/Josh-Billings

“The oldest, shortest words – ‘yes’ and ‘no’ – are those which require the most thought.” Pythagoras, https://www.mathopenref.com/pythagoras.html
