Had an interesting meeting today that was full of misunderstanding, wrongly managed expectations, different interpretation of the same message down to a word level, assumptions made, too much complexity, and not enough time to apply common sense and easy solutions due to a very tight schedule. So a pretty standard communication these days 🙂. Just put yourself more often into the shoes of your counterpart or see the same story with their eyes. This will help a lot to solve conflicts quickly.
