"I'm starting with the man in the mirror. I'm asking him to change his ways. And no message could have been any clearer. If you wanna make the world a better place. Take a look at yourself and then make a change." -- taken from Michael Jackson´s - Man In The Mirror - https://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/michaeljackson/maninthemirror.html
How would you describe yourself? Would your view be matching how other people are seeing you? And would your picture be consistent with, what you would be seeing in a mirror? A very interesting question that is fully dependent on the mirror you are using. I had a discussion with my wife about this topic, when she was mentioning that the mirror behind our breakfast buffet in the hotel was giving a very positive feedback. "You are thin, you do not have to worry, take some more from the buffet ..."
You will realize the same in dressing rooms in a department store, always a very positive mirror image, to motivate the shoppers in a good way. The mirror cabinet on the fairground takes a different approach, showing all sorts of exaggerations in any possible direction.
So "Take a look at yourself and then make a change."
You can look in the mirror and find a million things wrong with yourself. Or you can look in the mirror and think, 'I feel good, I have my health, and I'm so blessed.' That's the way I choose to look at it. -- Isla Fisher, Australian - Actress Born: February 3, 1976, https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0279545/
