Find your IKIGAI (生き甲斐) ...
IKIGAI means “reason for being” in japanese. One of my favorite topics that I did already cover three times in 2020 (03-, 05- and 20-Jan-20). When I was looking for a new picture for this post, I found the ikigaitest page that is offering a free ikigai vocational personality test. Check it out, but requires some time to answer all questions before you get your result 😉.
Part of my Shiftup: Qualified Agility & Innovation Qualification Program https://shiftup.work/qualification/ was to read an article about IKIGAI today. The interesting point of the program is that it is created on the fly while people are already qualifying. Articles, Exercises and Videos are already available, today Slideshare presentation reviews and Meetups have been added/started. Great when the customers can be part of the development of their product 👍. As of today people from 38 different countries have joined. More details and insights will be coming in the next days and weeks.

You can't just ask customers what they want and then try to give that to them. By the time you get it built, they'll want something new. -- Steve Jobs, American - Businessman February 24, 1955 - October 5, 2011, https://www.slideshare.net/yourstoryin/happy-birthday-steve-31559657
