What is Krulak’s Law for Leadership?

Picture provided by Grant Snider on  http://www.incidentalcomics.com/2020/06/creativity.html

I came up with this topic, due to Seth Godin's blog post from today  https://seths.blog/2020/06/krulaks-law/

Charles C. Krulak is a retired General in the United States Marine Corps.  https://www.usmcu.edu/Research/Marine-Corps-History-Division/People/Whos-Who-in-Marine-Corps-History/Jackson-Lyle/General-Charles-C-Krulak/

"Krulak’s Law of Leadership states that the future of an organization is in the hands of the privates in the field, not the generals back home." or for a/your brand "The experience people have with your brand is in the hands of the person you pay the least. Act accordingly."

An interesting thinking process, might be something to review for people or companies buying followers on Social networks? Does this really make sense to have sustainable success? More details about Krulak’s Law here https://brandminds.ro/what-is-krulaks-law-of-leadership/.

For me personally and my BLOG, I am also looking to address the privates or "the people I pay the least". I just want to share content that I am interested in and that might be helpful/of interest for other people as well.

Some other material of interest:

"In fact, most people are being squeezed in their little cubicle, and their creativity is forced out elsewhere, because the company can't use it. The company is organized to get rid of variants." -- Scott Adams, American - Cartoonist Born: June 8, 1957,  https://www.scottadamssays.com/https://dilbert.com/strip/2019-12-05
