So yesterday we had REACH and today we have GROW. A lot of companies like abbreviations, some drive it to extreme. You need to be a longer time in a company to understand all the common abbreviations, but some remain a mystery 😎. I like the moments in a meeting, when a new employee or intern is asking about the explanation behind an abbreviation and nobody is in the room who can explain or has a rough idea.
