“Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.” ― Dale Carnegie, https://www.biography.com/writer/dale-carnegie
Today I got the confirmation that I did finish the Shiftup qualification Beginner (QAIB) level as the 2nd person of all participants. The Admin team hasn't yet decided how we will celebrate these achievements, looking forward to it. Now I will focus on the 2nd Advancer (QAIA) level, https://shiftup.work/qualification/, sounds like fun.
At work a lot of people are on holiday starting Monday. It will be getting a little bit more quiet, but it is also a good opportunity for the 2nd row or junior experts, to get more into the spotlight and to shine and show their capabilities to a wider audience. Always interesting to see, who is using this time to take a chance and who is missing it, or does not even realize the opportunities available.
