Today I did get the invitation to write another article for the agile BLOG at work. Topic this time will be agile leadership. Has to be ready by mid-Oct.
Next week we will start our new "Tea for Two and Coffee for Three" meeting series. An opportunity for colleagues to get to know each other better, even in the home office times. Will be interesting to see, how the acceptance is going to be. The higher the appreciation the faster we can distribute the idea into the organization.
The next OneTeam Break session is scheduled for coming week Wednesday. People are still talking about the 1st session, what is a good sign. One of the topics next week will be Mindfulness. An expert will do an introduction session to the topic, possibly an exercise and a Q&A at the end.
