My week 41-2020 highlights ...

What a great week, passing the #400k milestone was only one of several highlights 😉👍. Now we are on the way to the #500k milestone with large steps, the first 4k are nearly covered already 🤔.

In the last 2 - 3 weeks I did find a lot of confirmation for my theory based on - "The second law of thermodynamics states the total entropy of a closed system cannot decrease. However, within a system, entropy of one system can decrease by raising entropy of another system."    https://www.thoughtco.com/definition-of-entropy-604458 --> the overall available management / leadership theories are limited and the magic of new stuff is in the combination of already existing ideas.

I had this discussion with my wife, also about Agile ways of working, and she mentioned the following, "The first group of people really taking the agile mindset and principles seriously, were housewives and working moms, even a lot before the Agile Manifesto came out." Do a comparison with the picture on the left and judge on your own. Just think about customer focus, responding to change, simplicity, self-organizing teams and regular reflection for example, to name some ideas.

Another interesting combination idea is MINDFULNESS with CROCHET AND KNITTING 😎. There are already good examples and even books available.  https://www.yarnspirations.com/rh-20190409-7-tips-to-practice-mindfulness-through-crochet-and-knitting.html

Next week I will be preparing the Agile Leadership workshop with my colleague, we do have some good ideas already. Besides that Sprint review on Monday and the last Sprint planning on Tuesday, before we start with the 1st Program Increment (PI) planning end of Oct-20,  https://www.scaledagileframework.com/PI-planning/
