As promised in my 25-Sep-20 BLOG post and already mentioned yesterday, some more insights into the DISC model.

"The foundation for the DISC model comes from the work of a Harvard psychologist named Dr. William Moulton Marston in the 1920’s. He developed a theory that people tend to develop a self-concept based on one of four factors — Dominance, Inducement, Steadiness, or Compliance. Marston’s theories form the basis on which DISC assessments and reports are built.", see    https://discpersonalitytesting.com/blog/what-is-the-disc-model/

As most of the available personality tests this is not a perfect and 100% model, but a directionally good result with least effort, as I can judge from personal experience. Take the FREE test below and check it out. "Use this Free DISC Personality Test to get a fast estimate of your DISC profile based on answers to 12 short questions. It's fast and it's free. You can probably finish it in less than 10 minutes. Use the results to gain insights you can use to better understand why you communicate the way you do and how you can communicate with others more effectively." https://discpersonalitytesting.com/free-disc-test/
