Happy Shrove Monday ...

A closer interaction of business and private life is definitely a positive change that we are seeing with the COVID-19 homeoffice situation. All participants in video conferences are equal now and some more insights into the private life, homeoffice and family situation is helping to build a common mindset and spirit. We are all into this together, and less rigor and control is beneficial for our teams. More interest in less business topics keeps the motivation up 👍😉.
Another good example is Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, "when she takes office on 1 March, Dr Okonjo-Iweala will become the first woman and the first African to be chosen as WTO Director-General. Her term, renewable, will expire on 31 August 2025."
"I know what it means to go to the stream to fetch water... what it means when people are poor and don't have enough to eat. It's not enough to say you know about poverty. You have to live it." -- Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Nigerian - Economist Born: June 13, 1954
