Setting priorities ...

A more or less funny side effect during the COVID-19 home office situation, or just a wrong shift in priorities when you ask me. You can and should not be in any meeting or call anyway, so why not asking yourself before the meeting, if you can add value and really need to be there? If the meeting is still required, reduce the planned hour to 50 minutes by starting 5 minutes past the full hour and stopping 5 minutes before the next hour. This will give you 10 minutes between meetings, to get a coffee or tea, take a bio break or do some stretching or just stand up from your chair 😎. Keep it simple ...
