Symbiosis Part VI ...

Picture initially coming from TransforMe Learning in Australia and used by Ditte Marstrand Wulf on LinkedIn today

Ditte's diversity understanding is the following: "Diversity is differences in racial and ethnic, socioeconomic, geographic, and academic/professional backgrounds. People with different opinions, backgrounds (degrees and social experience), religious beliefs, political beliefs, sexual orientations, heritage, and life experience. Having diverse teams will lead to a high performing, inclusive culture winning with customers."

I fully support Ditte's statement above and share her experience with diverse teams from past and current experiences. And this topic once again works pretty well with the Symbiosis definition I used earlier = "The relationship between two different kinds of living things that live together and depend on each other." Diverse teams do this really well, being stronger together and balancing the available skills and attitudes as good as possible - e.g. "when one sense is impaired the others function all the better."

Today I had a discussion with an Online Learning platform. They did contact me due to Workshops (e.g. USP and Elevator Pitch) I mentioned in some of my previous posts. As I am offering the workshops for free in the moment and mainly host all inside my current company, there is no need yet to go online and make an offer for other companies or individuals. Maybe in the future? But good to know some insights about the platform, financial conditions and to have the interest in, what I am doing 👍.

The "winner dinner" yesterday was nice, great discussion and food. And another success note for my 2022 JAR 🤔. The #Rest22in22 is also making good progress so far, 22 minutes every day mainly outside going for a walk. I plan to proceed next week, when my holiday is over and I am back at the office desk 😎.
