About paradoxes ...

Picture found related to the Paradox in English Grammar article

Definition of paradox: A statement that is seemingly contradictory or opposed to common sense and yet is perhaps true.

As The Five Paradoxes of a Meaningful Life webinar replay (see bottom of page) is only available until midnight EST on Tuesday March 15th, you should be quick when you are interested in the content of Michael Bungay Stanier (MBS). Great content in 65 minutes. Some highlights from yesterday that MBS explained with a rubber band between the fingers of both hands that you can pull in one or the other direction. The 5 paradoxes and opposite positions are:

  1. Nourishment - Give & Take
  2. Emotion - Pain & Pleasure
  3. Adventure - Explore & Exploit
  4. Reach - Intimate & Public
  5. Community - Alone & Together
