My week 18-2022 summary

Another great Comic Agile picture - happy Mother's Day

Nearly 2,000 readers more on the counter since we passed the last milestone yesterday 👍. A really great success and good to remember.

When you are waiting for the counter to finally reach to the next milestone, like I did together with my wife in the car yesterday, it takes forever 🤩. When you do not have to wait anymore, because the next milestone is far away, it goes must faster 😎. And just to be clear, I cannot influence the counter. When you access the webpage with a browser during any day, the counter goes up by one. You can refresh the page as many times as you want during the same day in the same browser and nothing will happen. You can only see the counter changes coming from other readers.

Tomorrow is the last day of our current Program Increment (PI). We will start with a review of the results of our Innovation and Planning Iteration - the first time that the whole team could really forcus on innovation for 5 full working days, then do a quick Retro of the 3 day planning last week and close with another Retro for the last three month Program Increment, called Inspect & Adapt. The PI Retro will be done together with the Team, the Stakeholders and Customer, to get a 360 degree perspective and perception of all involved parties 👍. Will be an interesting learning experience.
