Fear or common behavioral styles are to be taken into consideration, when you handle change - personal or in a team. On the 1st day of the workshop yesterday this was also a topic. The three teams did a really great job in the first increment of their elevator pitch, mission statement or slogan for the department. But in the real agile mindset and to properly "Inspect & Adapt" there will be a 2nd increment today morning, after the feedback round from yesterday.
In all change situations it is helpful to have some strategies, how to handle setbacks. Some examples here:
- WOOP is a science-based mental strategy that people can use to find and fulfill their wishes, set preferences, and change their habits.
- GROW is one of the most popular coaching frameworks
