It is okay to ask for help ...

I had a combined Coach and Mentor role today for a younger colleague asking for help, if a Release Train Engineer (RTE) role would be the right next step in personal development? As I do not believe in the future of line management positions in an AGILE organization, you better select an agile role, like RTE for example. And for people with less focus/interest in facts, technology & figures and more in personal interaction and talent finding/development, the RTE role is the way to go.
